“A Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 3:15 pm CDT for Western Warrick, Eastern Gibson, Western Pike and eastern Vanderburgh counties in Southwest Indiana, and northeastern Henderson and Northwestern Daviess counties in northwest Kentucky. At 1:25 pm CDT, local law enforcement officials reported that flash flooding continued on the east side of Evansville and in Newburgh. Radar indicated that scattered showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall continued to stream south over the warned area. Although the overall intensity of the storms has decreased some, a few additional periods of heavy rainfall are likely. The additional rains may not cause a major increase in the severity of the flooding, but it will keep the pressure on drainage systems and likely result a longer duration of the flooding conditions.”

Locations In The warned area include Evansville, Oakland city, Petersburg, Newburgh and Spottsville.
